PDF drawings and an xlsx Schedule of Rates. Files map to P&D, FS, MVAC, or EL&ELV by name prefix. AC before bare P or D. Pages store MediaBox size and rotation; the browser displays the rotated sheet so pins sit on symbols.
Select a Schedule C row. Count lines use legend takeoff. Metre lines use geometric centreline and the printed scale. Targeted takeoff posts to the existing spotlight route, current page by default, sequential, cancellable.
A metre row traces the centreline of that size only. On the specimen, 28 mm and 22 mm share a pen. Selecting 28 mm leaves the 22 mm run dim. Printed scale 1:100. The run reads 24.0 m.
Empty match: the row stays selected. The PDF does not dim. We do not invent polylines on raster sheets.
Claims remain draft until Claim Review. Accept, correct, or reject. The audit log keeps reviewer, page, and location. Export only after that loop.
Accuracy is identity plus evidence plus a human accept. This page does not quote QA@20 or 80-90%.
