We do not publish a self-serve price list yet. Plans are scoped to project volume, disciplines, and how deeply you need verification and audit support.

Practical answers on accuracy, formats, speed, and how we handle sensitive tender data.
TeraQuant is verification-first, not “auto-approve.” Vision extract proposes symbols, labels, and quantities with evidence on the drawing; your team confirms or corrects against Schedule of Rates (Schedule C) ground truth. Accuracy depends on drawing quality, legend consistency, and discipline — we measure against your Peak-style packs in the pilot so you see match rates before you commit.
Primary input is Peak-style multi-page PDF drawings (including rotated sheets). We map files to MEP disciplines — EL&ELV, fire services (FS), plumbing & drainage (P&D), and MVAC — and align quantities to the matching SOR workbook sheets. Geometric length takeoff supports scale-aware centreline measurement for pipe and duct runs. Native CAD (DWG/DXF) is not the current self-serve path; PDF remains the tender package standard we optimise for.
Page-level vision extract runs in the background as you open a drawing; a typical floor or zone pack is ready for review within minutes once pages are ingested, not days of pure manual counting. Full project turnaround still depends on page count, legend complexity, and how thoroughly your QS reviews evidence links. During a pilot we time a real pack with your workflow so expectations match production use.
Drawings, SOR workbooks, claims, and audit logs stay in your project workspace with authenticated access (no public project APIs without a session). Evidence and quantity decisions are retained for audit — who confirmed a match, which page, which bbox — so reviews stay defensible. For enterprise pilots we discuss data residency, retention, and who in your firm can upload or export. Contact us if you need a security questionnaire or DPA before sharing live tenders.
No. TeraQuant accelerates takeoff and makes every figure evidence-backed; professional sign-off stays with your QS or engineer. We deliberately avoid fully automatic tender pricing without human approval — measurement, SOR match, and export are designed for review, not silent autonomy.
Not yet. Pricing is quote-based so we can size pilots around project volume, disciplines, and support. Book a demo and we will propose a custom package rather than a one-size public tariff that does not fit tender work.
