Walk a real MEP pack. See bill items land on the sheet. Leave with a proposal sized to your team.
Pages, drawings, and how many live tenders you want in the first 90 days.
P&D, FS, MVAC, EL&ELV. Multi-sheet SOR support is in the product; scope still depends on which you run.
Onboarding on your conventions, demo on your pack, and who can export.
Specimen. Select a bill row. Matching symbols stay in colour.
TeraQuant is verification-first, not auto-approve. Vision proposes symbols and quantities with evidence on the drawing. Your team confirms against Schedule C. We do not publish a single accuracy percentage on this site. A pilot measures your own pack in the open.
Primary input is a multi-page MEP PDF, including rotated sheets. Disciplines: EL&ELV, FS, P&D, MVAC. Geometric length needs a printed 1:N scale. Native DWG is not the self-serve path.
Page extract can run as you open a drawing. Review still depends on page count and legend quality. We time a real pack in the pilot rather than promising 5x.
Authenticated project workspace. No public project APIs without a session. Evidence keeps file, page, location, and reviewer. Ask for a questionnaire or DPA before sharing live tenders.
No. Sign-off stays with your professional. We speed the takeoff and keep every figure evidence-backed.
